We have extensive experience providing piping fabricated from: carbon and stainless piping materials. We handle ammonia and steam systems and gas systems (exception: Mpls & St Paul). We are highly experienced in pressure vessel and piping design, fabrication and installation. We replace piping specialize in replacing your old piping working from original design drawings verified with field measurements and walk-downs, and new design calculations. We also specialize in the insulation of all piping, with superior insulation products. We will remove old insulation, or install on brand new pipe. |
These chapters of Minnesota Rules govern the design, installation, alteration, repair, removal, operation, and maintenance of various types of boilers and high pressure piping equipment. Minnesota's boiler code consists of the following: American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, National Board Inspection Code, various standards from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the amendments in Chapter 5225 . The documents are published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the National Board Inspection Code is published by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. Minnesota's high pressure piping code is contained in Chapter 5230. |
We use mineral wool, fibre glass, and kalo for our insullation, which ranges from 350F -1290F respectively. Jacketing is custom made on site. |
